In 1989 Mark and Jane Forbush founded what is now Paragon Cloud. They have put together a team of seasoned experts who combine, as Mark does, tremendous industry experience with remarkable technical expertise. Many have invested more than a decade delivering these expert services, and all are more concerned about their client’s business than they are about the client’s business software.
Paragon Cloud has 20 consultants and 4 partner organizations supporting Microsoft Cloud Solutions from 10 countries in 11 time zones and 10 states in the U.S.
With clients and resources around the world, Paragon Cloud’s global service model allows it to offer unlimited remote phone support to clients at any moment in time, anywhere in the world, and do so for a fixed fee with no additional charges for “after hours” support. For Paragon Cloud, there is no such thing as "after" hours.
